While at an Art Exhibit

A few weeks ago, there was an Art Exhibit in Prendergast Library in Jamestown, New York. Fortunately, there was an Art Exhibit and I did not hesitate to look at it as Art is a subject that I don’t want to miss. There was this Artist who is very talented. He use oil, acrylic and colored pencils in his drawings and paintings. He filled one big room with his Art. I was so jealous and I wish I could be an Artist like him someday. Here are some of my ipod pictures:

Online School can pursue Masters Degree

I have a first degree cousin who is an educator. She has a daughter who graduated from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education major in Physics. The girl was very talented and she was accepted at once to teach Physics subject in one of our local schools. One afternoon, I visited to their house and I happened to talk to her daughter. As we go along in our conversation, she mentioned to me about of her plan to take up a Masters Degree in Physics. But she was apprehensive about this because of time element. She cannot just easily… Continue reading

A Halloween Costume for Mr. V

Mr. V is going to celebrate his second Halloween Trick or Treating this year. When I showed him the Buzz lightyear costume I got for him, he super loved it that he even showed tantrum when he first tried to fit the costume. I got the costume for free for reviewing it online in my other blog and I just purchased 10 dollars for the inflatable Buzz lightyear wings. My loveable little guy looked adorable in the costume when we first tried it. I took pictures of him and we’re excited to see him off with the other kids this… Continue reading

While shopping at Bonton

My mother in law, my kids and I went to Bonton the other day. She thought of buying a birthday present to my brother in law. I asked her what would he like to have. She said he told her that it only cost 200 dollars to buy a good watch. My reaction was, is he kidding or what. She said she did bought him an expensive watch before but the problemwas that it was also expensive to replace their batteries. While helping her hunt a good watch for my brother in law, I also saw iphone 3gs cases… Continue reading

Mommy and Daddy’s Fifth Anniversary of Courtship

Last Saturday, my husband and I celebrated our Courtship anniversary. It was in 2006 that he courted me twice and I said yes. It was our first time to say “I love you” as boy friend and girl friend relationship. Wow, five years ago and we still remembered it. I hope we always remember it as it is where we started our love to grow mature and proceed to plans of engagement and marriage.

We celebrated that day as a simple day. We ordered this German chocolate cake that was so delicious. Amazing how fruitful our love has been in… Continue reading

Crib Blanket Safety for the Early years

I remember how excited I was when I had my first baby. Preparing the Nursery Room is a big step for me towards Motherhood. The first things we got were the crib, dresser and the changing table. I remember reading an article that of all the things you prepare in your Nursery Room, setting up a crib is crucial. Sudden Infant Death syndrome has been very popular news about safety precautions, and that a parent should avoid this to happen when they use crib blanket during baby’s early infant stage. When using infant crib blanket, it has to be… Continue reading
