Yummy Cassava Cake
I ate a few more squares of this Cassava Cake dish that I made the other day. It is so good, so healthy as it is not oily and just the right snack that takes me back to my good ole memories when I was in Philippines.
Making this delicious dish is not hard as it looks! You need grated Cassava, condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut strings, eggs and bake the batter into a 9 x 11 aluminum pan to 350 degrees F in your oven. Serve with hot coffee or chocolate milk this winter and you’ll experience the warmth in the tropics of this delicious Asian delicacy!
