Morning Music Exercise

Have you seen Kelly Clarkson’s music video of “Stronger (What doesn’t kill you)” ? I like listening to it every morning especially after taking a tooth brush and before waking up the kids. There’s a part of the video where you do some easy dance steps that’s best for morning exercise. It get’s more dramatic in the video where she’s operating a performance controller in a music studio as if she’s doing the whole video all by herself. All I can say is that she’s a very creative singer artist. I love listening to it in the mornings because of the beat and it energizes all my muscles and bones. Check it out in youtube folks!
