Rainbow Pancakes For Saint Patrick’s Day

My kids and I had success making rainbow pancakes the other day. It was fun making this with them especially that there are 6 different colors and when you mix them together in the pancake batter, it will have interesting swirls.

I suppose during Saint Patrick’s day it is associated with pot of gold, leprechauns, lucky shamrock and all those fiction side about it. But in our hearts, we made pancakes as Rainbows are one of God’s symbol of his promise to mankind. We believe that Saint Patrick is a beautiful saint closer to God’s blessings especially that he helped the Irish people from their sufferings. How about you, what fun activity did you do with your kids this Saint Patrick’s day?
