Have you tried cleaning your rugs with natural based solutions? Perhaps it may be new to you and that you might want to know how since it’s a healthy idea of rug cleaning? The eco-friendly method of rug cleaning is also called Green Carpet Cleaning. This method is so easy to learn as it utilizes natural ingredients that you have in your cupboard or kitchen at home such as vinegar, salt, water and other fruit and vegetable extract to formulate an organic solution in cleaning rugs. I read the following tips and they are effective. When you have grease stain in your rug, you can apply salt on it and leave that spot for 10 to 15 minutes before vacuuming it. You can brush a mixture of vinegar and water on that spot after vacuuming. As for wax and glue, you can apply vinegar into a brush (preferably undiluted vinegar) and scrub the stain. If the stain doesn’t come off, consider heating up the vinegar and brush. If you have mildew problem in your rugs, sponging vinegar can take it off.
