My kids were surprised to see a huge chicken and it turned out to be a turkey during our Thanksgiving dinner at my Mom in law’s house. We love eating the delicious home baked turkey! I’m so thankful to have a loving Mom in law for baking our turkey and that she and my bro in law did all the baking of the main dishes for the Thanksgiving celebration this year.
She wanted me to just bring salad and vegetables during the dinner. It took us long time to go to her house because we have to shovel snow out… Continue reading

Today, we’re going to my Mom in law’s house for Thanksgiving dinner as a family. It’s also cold and snowy in our area. It started last Saturday. My other update is that my husband and… Continue reading
While I was talking to my husband the other day, I brought up the idea of why not having our friend’s kids over when our kids celebrate their birthday next year. I really would love to host the party in our backyard. He said it’s all up to me.
I felt excited. There is still more months to prepare. As I was looking around my house, I think we should hire landscapers next spring to clean up our surroundings. We still need to fix our dining room too. Oh well, but at least we have something to look forward to… Continue reading

My kids were excited in wearing their Halloween costumes in the Trick or treating. Little G got a new costume which he picked and it’s Wall E which is one of his favorite movie characters. Little V got to wear Little G’s costumes in the past which is this buzz light year. Little V also got to wear a batman costume which my husband thinks that batman is way cool than buzz lightyear. Little G also got to wear an Iron Man costume which still fits him even though he wore it in last year’s Halloween.
I wish I could… Continue reading
One of the fun things we did as a family in All Saints Day was to do coloring pages together. I printed out black and white coloring pages about Saints and this one is Little G’s artwork. He was determined to use the watercolor after he saw me using it. This page is about his Patron Saint who is Saint George and the Dragon.
He chose the colors in the watercolor all by himself. He usually asks me first if the color he’s thinking to put on a page is ok but at that time, he didn’t. Daddy and Mommy… Continue reading
